The staff was fantastic. Liz at the front desk and david from the shuttle were super helpful. It's close to stores. Plus, the beds were comfy. Highly recommend due to the excellent service and cute vibe.

Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were very rude. The location was magnificent, not far from stores and places to shop and McAllen, in a good area. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Chili's Grill & Bar:)))

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
Air conditioning struggled to keep cool, and breakfast options were limited. The front desk staff was cordial, but communication could be challenging. Make sure to request towels and ice, as they aren't readily available.

Excellent location and price
I didn't have a chance to have breakfast and it's not the hotel's fault if I don't know the people who eat breakfast and make after-dinner meals, no matter how full the place is and that people are eating breakfast standing up or they choose to leave because there is room to sit down! Too bad for the people

We checked out the monument of the Revolution and enjoyed the 17th Street Entertainment District. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Definitely recommend for a chill group getaway!
One downside was the noisy AC in our room. It was pretty distracting at night.

location and for american standards the breakfast was good!
it could have been a bit cleaner and at the shower i missed the shower curtain, so you had to be careful not to flood the bathroom!
